We serve clients around the world. If you hire us, you agree that:

• You’re authorized to act on behalf of your business

• You’ll provide accurate and truthful information

• You’re not engaging us for anything illegal, unethical, or shady

• MAV offers full-stack marketing and business growth solutions, including but not limited to:

• Strategic consulting

• Campaign planning and execution

• Branding and design

• Web development and SEO

• AI integrations and business optimization

• All services are delivered based on custom agreements or service packages discussed with you in advance.

• Anything you give us (logos, copy, brand assets) stays yours.

• Anything we create for you (custom strategy, designs, websites, etc.) becomes yours once full payment is received.

• We reserve the right to showcase anonymized versions of our work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

• We take your privacy — and your clients’ — seriously.

• We do not sell, share, or leak data.

• We do not give data to governments, agencies, or third parties unless required by a valid legal order.

• All data is stored securely and used solely for project execution, internal communication, or business-related follow-up.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring any user data shared with MAV is lawfully obtained and used.

• Everything shared with MAV — conversations, documents, plans — stays between us. We don’t gossip, leak, or reuse your materials.

• You agree to do the same with any sensitive information we share with you.

• We’re here to help you grow, not be your legal insurance policy.

• MAV is not responsible for any indirect loss, missed opportunity, or damages arising from how our work is used.

• We do not guarantee specific results or revenue increases. Success depends on many factors, including your own actions.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us.

• You can cancel services at any time, but you’re still responsible for any work already completed.

• We reserve the right to terminate a project or relationship if you breach these terms, ghost us, or act in bad faith.

• We’re based in Alberta, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada, but we aim to comply with global business norms — including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA — to protect both you and us.

• We may update this document as our business evolves. If we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
